This video is just wonderful inspiration. Exceptional customer service has always been important to me, and I’m glad to see that I am not alone. Sometimes, just the tiniest bit of extra effort to make someone happy is enough to change their attitute for the rest of the day. It could be just enough to give someone hope for a brighter future, or remind them that there are still some people out there that are worth knowing. If everyone did their part to spread a little happiness or kindness, the world would become a better place to live.
